Admission Process

  1. Arrival of patient in hospital in Emergency/OPD
  2. After assessment of patient, the concerned doctor will fill the admission form (signed & stamped)
    • If you are not beneficiary of any health card scheme
    • Patient will be sent to IPD Registration counter and ₹375 will be charged as admission fee.
    • In case of poor patient
    • Eligibility for poor free will be assessed by MSSO followed by submission of application to Medical Superintendent
    • Send the patient to IPD Registration counter with poor-free documents
    • If you are beneficiary of Himcare/Ayushman health card scheme
    • You have to visit Ayushman/Himcare Counter (Near Emergency) for activation of card
    • After activation of card, visit IPD Registration counter at C-Block
  4. After receiving admission slip from the IPD registration counter, you will go to the respective ward and submit slip there.
