I have the privilege of serving as the Dean of Examinations at AIIMS Bilaspur, an institute of national importance dedicated to excellence in medical education. Assessment plays a vital role in the learning process and shapes the competencies of future healthcare professionals. My primary objective in this role is to implement a quick feedback mechanism and adopt complete digitization in the examination section, ensuring a smooth and transparent evaluation process.

To achieve meaningful learning outcomes, it is essential to adopt consistent and reliable assessment methods. Student performance is a crucial indicator of the effectiveness of our teaching strategies. Therefore, we must continually explore innovative assessment techniques that comprehensively assess cognitive knowledge, psychomotor skills, and affective aspects while minimizing unnecessary stress on students.
