The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at AIIMS Bilaspur envisions becoming a national leader in restoring function, improving quality of life, and promoting independence for individuals affected by physical disabilities and injuries. We strive to provide exceptional rehabilitative care through innovation, teamwork, and compassion. Our goal is to build a future where every individual, regardless of ability, has access to high-quality rehabilitation that supports a fulfilling and independent life.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based rehabilitation services that help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence. We are committed to providing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, using advanced technologies and multidisciplinary approaches. The department is also dedicated to educating and training the next generation of rehabilitation specialists, including doctors, therapists, and researchers. We support clinical research aimed at discovering new methods for improving patient outcomes and promoting recovery. In addition, we actively engage in community outreach to raise awareness about disability care and ensure that rehabilitation services are accessible to underserved populations. Through care, education, and innovation, we work to restore hope and functionality to those in need.

In-Patients Department:
Total 5 IPD beds allotted for the department.

Outpatients Department:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 4th Floor, B Block.

Procedures (Diagnostic and/or Therapeutic) Offered by the Department:
USG-guided and C-Arm-guided pain intervention procedures.
