For treatment/investigation at AIIMS Bilaspur: Create an Aura ID and download the Aura App

  1. Have an ABHA ID?
    • Yes!

      Login to ABHA App and get token by scanning the QR scanner installed at the hospital.

    • ABHA ID
    • No!

      Go to counter number 10 (ABHA counter) and get your ID card made. Then login to ABHA app and scan the QR scanner installed in the hospital to get a token.

    • Now take the token and go to counter no. 2-5 and 12-15 for registration (as per instructions given above the counter) and get your OPD slip after paying Rs.10.

    • Now use the floor directory displayed at the OPD gate to go to the department mentioned on your OPD slip and consult a doctor.

    • If the doctor suggests any test, first do the billing at counter 6 & 7 and then go for your test.

    • Now consult the doctor of the concerned department with the test report.

    • After giving the sample, ask for the estimated time of report arrival.

    • 1. For blood, urine test go to OPD (B-Block) basement.
      2. For X-ray, MRI, CT scan and ultrasound go to C-Block (3rd floor).
