The Department supports a wide range of surgical specialties through 20 modular operation theatres dedicated to elective and emergency procedures. Additionally, two operation theatres are reserved exclusively for emergency surgeries, ensuring round-the-clock surgical care.

All operation theatres are equipped with modern anaesthesia workstations, advanced monitoring systems, and adhere to the highest standards of sterility and efficiency.

Critical Care Unit (CCU)
A 16-bedded, fully equipped state-of-the-art Critical Care Unit along with 2 isolation rooms is available for continuous monitoring and ventilator support of both surgical and medical patients.

Strategically located at the centre of the facility, the unit ensures timely accessibility and multidisciplinary patient care.

Pre-Anaesthesia Check-up (PAC) Clinic
The PAC Clinic operates daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM under the direct supervision of dedicated faculty members. It provides comprehensive pre-anaesthetic evaluation to ensure patient safety and optimal perioperative planning.

Acute and Chronic Pain Services
The Department provides round-the-clock acute pain management services within the hospital.

Ultrasound- and fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures are performed for management of chronic conditions such as:

  • Trigeminal Neuralgia
  • Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc
  • Tendinopathies
  • Joint Pain

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections are also provided for selected musculoskeletal conditions.

Peripheral Calls
Dedicated Emergency and CCU teams manage all Code Blue emergencies throughout the hospital and are actively involved in mass casualty management services.
